This cake was the inspiration of a cake made by “Makememycake” and my client ordered it for her daughter’s 21st. She’s studying fashion and design and she was over the moon with this cake. Have to admit, that bow …… oh boy…..I had two attempts at making it but eventually I managed. The top tier is a fake cake and the bottom tier is a moist 3 layered chocolate cake with loads of chocolate ganache filing between the layers. The lumo pink colour is Purple Pizzaz by Rolkem colours. Love this colour!!
