Clare is famous for her tarts, cheesecakes and brown bread so that’s where we started with this cake. The cake is a carved 8" Baileys sponge cake. Everything is edible and handmade.

It took hours Sandra But I kinda owed the client something special. The last time we’d met I fell over just as I got to the venue and threw the cake at him. He let me cry into his beautiful linen shirt lol.
