Hi there,
My name is Niamh and I am the co-owner and founder of Perfectionist Confectionist. My business partner, Bernie, is the fabulous baker and I am the caker. I really dislike baking. I can do it, but try not to. My bit is creating the design and then applying it to the cake.
We're based in Dublin and have been up and running for three years now. I get embarrassed when I look back over previous work, the early days stuff, but am still proud of it.
