Lemon cake volcano with lemon curd and lemon cream cheese filling and white chocolate ganache on top of a chocolate cake base, with chocolate buttercream filling and white chocolate ganache.

This cake challenged me purely because I crazily agreed to do it for pick up less than 24 hours after returning from my vacation in the USA!!! I cut and dusted the dinosaurs, foliage and covered the board, baked and froze the cakes all before I went away, but it was still very stressful!!!

Zach and his friends loved it though, so I suppose it is all worth it in the end!!
