I have always wanted to incorporate hand painted flowers with sugar flowers and blend them in a way that one flows seamlessly into the other – where does the painting ends and the sugar flowers begin? The top tier is my humble attempt to do just that. The Humming Bird in its wonderfully bright colours adds to the splendour of the whole composition. The flowers used here Fuchia, Gladiolus, Geranium, and Diphdenias have been chosen for their delicacy that bring forth the essence of the composition –
