My collaboration piece for World Cancer Day Sugarflowers and Cakes in Bloom! ❤

My inspiration for this cake was to depict a lush forest scene filled with mossy trees and greenery along with its many beautiful wild flowers and buds. The pink rose is for my beautiful mother who I lost to breast cancer 1 year ago on 31st January.

My piece is dedicated to all those amazing people who are suffering from or have been affected by cancer in any way. Don’t loose heart, have faith because this too shall pass…
