Made these little hearts as a trial run for Valentine’s Day. Saw these little treats on a tutorial on Facebook. They are little hearts cake cut out of a sheet cake, stacked with jelly in between. Melted Wilton chocolate melts and covered the bottoms of a 6 cavity silicone heart mold with the melted chocolate; then placed the little heart cakes in each cavity and covered the sides and top of the mold covering the cakes with the melted chocolate. Put it in the refrigerator until set. Made buttercream roses and decorated each heart.
