Checkerboard GF butter cake; eight layers. Should have been purple lilac and pink but due to UK colours not being bakesafe (if you know better – pm me PLEASE..!) came out with blue, green, orange, red – you name it- highlights. Pretty, but not what I wanted.
Filled with pink smbc, crumbcoated then panelled with rolled mod choc (I make my own) and painted with vodka / paste colour. White choc ganache drips with bubble wrap shards and a weird kinda peony thing made from white modchoc.
