Made this cake for my grandson who will be coming home on leave from the Army for the first time since he enlisted. We are all so excited! I decided to make him his favorite cake. He is not that fond of decorated cakes , just give him a coconut cake covered in shredded coconut and he’s happy. So that’s exacly what I made him.
