Hallo, My name is Mariska van Bers, I have been baking cakes for just over 5 years now and have my own business called Kaatje Fondant. I started with simple cakes with 2D decorations but now find modelling and 3D cakes with a frame more of a challenge . I made the penguin after I saw a Christmas show with a skating penguin. I found it so lovely that I straight away had an idea for my cake.
