This cake was designed for a Christmas collaboration. I wanted to create a cake inspired by a White Christmas, with brilliant white snow and lots of sparkle. The cascading sequin tiers mimic falling snowflakes. I made sugar succulents and more rustic greenery rather than the typical flora you find at Christmas because I love the soft natural feel of it. I also hung the cake, suspending it in the forest.
