Loved, loved building this!! What a beautiful challenge of engineering, sculpting and patience! Over 400 individual pieces were made for this. Everything is hand done minus an impression mat for the bricks on the building. The color is Chef Rubber cocoa butter paint. The modeling chocolate is from Davis Chocolate.

This is just an extraordinary piece of art!!! I was fortunate enough to be present while this magnificent piece was being built and I can tell you this is even better in person. Oh and Paul also forgot to mention that it took around 130 hours to complete.
