I made this tripping policeman as my entry for the small decorative exhibit class at cake international. I don’t often do small cakes so it was a nice challenge for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it ;) It’s on a 12 inch board and I modeled it with Vera Miklas Chocolate and white IceWise sugarpaste and then airbrushed it for the bronze finish. Was over the moon to be awarded a gold for it :)
