This is my 3D Helmet cake with motorcycle reflection ( adible printing).
Soft chocolat cake with milk chocolate/hazelnut ganache, so yummy……
The cake was decorated in 2 hours. O my god…. It was a catastrophe. My hands were trembling.
I am sorry for the imperfections. It was a challenge.
