I was asked some moths ago to colaborate with a magazine for their fashion cake issue.
they sent me a beautiful picture of a Elie Saab bride dress and told me that I have to make a cake inspired in that pic. It was a nude and silver transparent dress, but I decided to add a little collour and this is the result:
A double barrel cake, covered in nude colourfondant, with intricate silver hand made design, all hand painted and hand modelled (no moulds).
A free formed sugar roses and lilac crown arround the little top tier.
