This is a four tiered cake. The bottom tier is a white chocolate and lemon cake, the double barrelled middle tier is chocolate and passion fruit and the top is a double deep fruit cake. The bottom tiers are wrapped in a rustic all butter buttercream and the top is rustic royal icing.
