My Silver award winning entry at Cake International, Birmingham NEC.
Hand painted ‘wooden floor’ effect board, book made from RKT covered in chocolate ganache and sugar paste. BFG was modelled by hand on a wire armature with modelling paste.
I have been decorating cakes for 4 years, and this was my first entry in a competition, so very happy to receive a silver award!
