I made this wedding cake on the hottest day of the year.

It was a massive challenge but when I delivered it the reaction of the concierge and the wedding planners was incredible.

The Happy couple were also overwhelmed and I was so happy to have met their expectations.

The cake had 3 flavours, vanilla with italian meringue buttercream, chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and american spice cake with salted caramel fillings
