October 14,2016 marks the 90th anniversary of Winnie-the-Pooh: the gentle children’s stories written by A.A Milne based upon his son and his cast of stuffed animals.To celebrate ,22 artists from around the world have come together to create Winnie the Pooh inspired edible art. My inspiration is the famous Pooh Sticks image. I loved Winnie The Pooh as young child & grew up playing this game. It holds a special place in my heart with many happy memories. I’m dedicating my piece to my bestie Louise…we even played in the early hours after a great night out…though chips, a bridge with a train track in middle and the middle of night don’t make Pooh Sticks very easy!
