I love making these roses and dahlias with whipped cream and tend to add one or two on almost all my cakes .I don’t use too many nozzles and instead like to experiment with what I have.It cannot be made like gumpaste flowers as the medium is soft and even buttercream flowers are easier and can hold their shape well so it has definitely taken a lot of practice to be able to make these .I truly wish I could make huge flowers with cream but nevertheless happy with how far I have come .🌹🌹🌹Thank you for looking .
