I was honoured to be asked to make a cake for a special lady’s special birthday. I really wanted to reflect the birthday girl as well as I could in this one. Sometimes you just really need a cake to say “grandchildren loving, church organ playing, M & S addicted, prosecco fancying choir mistress”, don’t you?!
