This has got to be one of the oddest requests ive had for a cake…

Two daughters same birthday…one is in the air cadets and likes the black widow plane…the other is a violinist!! hmmmmm….So i came up with the pkane taking off along the strings!

I wanted to do the plane as cake also but the customers budget wouldnt allow so the plane ended up smaller. The cake itself was pretty big though! on a 20" board which i custom made from MDF along with the support frame for the plane.

I love how it turned out but it was so much work and i didnt get to bed at all last night. infact i as still taking photos when the customer turned up at 9.30am this morning!! eeep!! close shave…..
