This cake is one that is near and dear to my heart. 8 years ago I lost my mom to breast cancer. I watched her fight and deteriorate for months and it was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. I miss her every day. I decided that I wanted to do something in honor of her so I put together a collaboration called Go Pink – A Collaboration of Edible Art.
