I did this for a sweet couple in my neighborhood celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The cake is butter cream with embossed fondant stripes that were painted with Rolkem Super Gold. The top and bottom tiers were splatter painted gold. I also continued the “gold” theme on the two gum paste open peonies I made.
