When I was child, I use to go hiking in the mountains with my grandpa . He explain me everything about the flowers . Edelweiss on of them is the flower that is representing Switzerland. That’s why we can find it in several Swiss music instruments and one of them is the Alpenhorn my grandpas favorite instrument. This cake is inspired by him.
