I got a fantastic request for some edible table centres, that were used for the launch of a Belgium/Irish company today. So I made all sugar flowers in the traditional flower of both country. the Irish ones contained wafer shamrock and clover, yellow roses and white bell flowers. The Belgium ones have Red Poppies, Yellow Bells and Black beads.
They were finished with a flag of each country on them, and arranged in urns.
a once in a lifetime request possibly, and certainly one to remember.
