My first attempt on a bust cake, is this cake for my husband’s birthday… His favorite movie character from the oldies! His head is rkt inside and sculpted with modeling chocolate, and his head and shoulders is mud cake in two flavors and two different fillings. Vanilla and orange chocolate ganache.
