My daughter for her 4th birthday she choose a minnie mouse bowtique themed cake.So I made a two tier white cake of pastry cream with chopped sweet strawberries and chocolate fudge filling and pink buttercream frosting
Quite a challenge after a few months of absence from cakes decoration. I think though that I did it well…she was really surprised and everyone enjoyed the cake.

She even saw that on the little red laptop it was the tiniest minnie’s bow!
