This was a cake I’ve been looking forward to making for ages! It was for my lovely mum, who’s about to turn 80 and who celebrated this milestone with a big party last night. She loves purple and lime green and is a very glamorous lady so I went for these colours with sparkles to add some bling! Cosmos are her favourite garden flowers this year so I included those in the three bouquets along with hydrangea, buds and peony leaves and bear grass. Thanks for looking x
