Hi everybody,

After back from holiday, we celebrate the 4th birthday of our son. He asked me Cars theme for his birthday. Before I always decided for him about the theme of his party, but now he’s my little man and can decide by him self what he wants ^^

So my idea was to make Lightning McQueen on Podium and then I used Italian flag colors to coloring the podium as we live in Italy. The cake was mudcake with Apricot jam then sealed with chocolate ganache and Satin Ice fondant.

To match the theme I also decorate his sweet table with the red color and of course not forgeting the goodie bags with Cars theme too .

Beside cake, I made also cupcakes with variant flavour of the frosting.
