Naked cakes are still proving a popular request. Although they don’t pose the same level of technical difficulty that other styles do, I enjoy the artistic freedom naked cakes provide as well as the adventure of finding new ways of presentation. This one was for a birthday and I received such lovely feedback from the customer who ordered it. Can’t wait til the next naked cake request, because every one of them is unique in their own right :)
