This is my Around the World in Sugar piece! I chose Scotland which is way up there in the bucket list of places to see. The top is all fondant. The plaid part was painted in black and the white part was wafer paper… Why I didnt do the black in wafer paper is a good question! 😂 Head on over to the FB page to check out all the other fabulous creations.

I love, love, LOVE it! Absolutely brilliant. (I’ve never been either, which is a shame since you can actually see the coast of Scotland from the north coast of Ireland.)
