You know how people say it’s what’s on the inside that counts? Well, on the inside of this cake is cherry brandy soaked rich chocolate sponge, black cherries, white chocolate ganache, milk chocolate ganache and dark chocolate ganache. I’ve been very good to myself on this, my 43rd birthday. 😁 (Although my mum says I got the candles the wrong way round. lol 😋😉😁 xx
