This wedding cake was made for an old friend of mine. She chose a mint & white with gold accent color palette and wanted something with a lot of texture with modern vintage feel. The mint tiers are wrapped in rice paper with a delicate cut outs. The “floral” cascades are made with a combination of rice paper flowers, fondant “fabric” flowers, fondant buttons & sugar pearls. The whole cake is vanilla bean with white chocolate SMBC.
