My aim is simple . . .

I love to bake and decorate wedding and celebration cakes for my clients in the Derry and Donegal area. I enjoy the challenge of designing each cake individually so that each customer can have a unique cake. I bake all of the cakes from my home bakery based outside Londonderry.
