I’ve been absent for a while and very few cakes lately. Packing up my own home for a move and packing up my eldest who is leaving home this week. Also busy organising younger two for university. So everyone is leaving home 😥😥😥

Anyway back to the cake. This was for a dear friend who got married a few weeks ago. After an unhappy first marriage she has found love again with someone who will treat her as she deserves – like a queen! She wanted a four tier elegant cake as her feature at the reception. Lemon and raspberry for the top three tiers and vanilla bean and blackberry for the bottom. Thanks for looking xxxx
