This 1st Holy Communion party theme was all about the guest of honor’s little white suit! And word from the client was that the cake was the centerpiece of the party. I am particularly enamored with doing baroque gold frames on cake and was so happy we incorporated the suit into the design so well.
Plus, I can actually say this cake went smoothly on a busy week. I expected this cake would be the most time consuming but the other large ruffled buttercream I did that week (the one that was supposed to be easy) proved to be the problem and this one went off without a hitch. But both turned out so I can say I live to tell. I’ll have to share the other buttercream one too so you can see! thanks for looking!!
