So honoured to create this cake for an incredible and amazing girl! Taking inspiration from her heritage, Portuguese tiles with accents of magenta and gold made for the most beautiful of bridal showers I’ve ever seen.

The gold is hand painted after transferring the design directly on to fondant. The bottom tier was faintly printed onto frosting sheets then the pattern traced over by hand to bring out the detail and help give that hand painted look signature to azulejos.
