Was truly honored to be invited to collaborate in this unique cake and sugar work collaboration.
My inspiration was a designer hat by Arturo Rios
The roses and feathers (the top tier ones) are made of flower paste (gum paste). Bottom tier is covered in royal icing then textured with some food aluminium foil then airbrushed with Metallic blue. Feathers are piped royal icing.
