A 90 th birthday cake and a book release makes the occasion indeed very special and so the cake had to be equally meaningful .A familiar sight at every Manipuri (my hometown ) household -Shempaak (thali /prayer plate ),Khujai,(vessel for water )Dhupkambi,(Agarbati /incense stand )Tulsi Mana (tulsi leaves )(,Khagil Leihao,(frangipani)Sindoor and Cheng (rice grains )all edible and done over hours of designing )to make the day special .
Cake is whipped cream and accents are fondant except for the incense sticks .Hope you enjoy having a glance .I personally loved making the frangipani flowers
