This cake is made for sweet summer collaboration ; summer is all about travelling for me.
My inspiration came about from the fact that every year we as a family travel to GOA, India by road. i absolutely love the journey, the greenery and the cool breeze of the Arabian sea. The car i choose is the Ambassador brand which we owned in my childhood days. the suitcases signify that we don’t travel light .::)

the car is 100% cake, carved and ganached and covered with satin ice fondant, i used L shaped mdf board for the backdrop effect. the coconut trees, umbrella, suitcases are all fondant .
