This is a cake I made for my son’s teacher of kindergartens as an appreciation gift for all the wonderful things they learned together the past two years. It has a dedication saying “to my beloved teacher” and a wish for a wonderful summer ahead. The topper is all hand made with no use of mold, a little boy giving some roses to the teacher as he receives his diploma of his graduation. The bottom tier, the cake, is hand painted as a kids’ drawing, the teacher with the pupils holding hands.
Inside it has white chocolate mud cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and home made strawberry jam.
