This cake was started as an art project and will be on display locally to show different mediums that can be used when painting .
I absolutely love poppies and wanted to try out painting techniques on cakes so here it is , there are hand painted elements with all the stems and several of the flowers painted along with 3D petal paste poppies and buds.
Needless to say it will be on display in the showroom when the gallery is finished with it 😋😋😋
