I was very excited when I received an email from Cake Masters Magazine a couple of months back inviting me to create a cake for their upcoming issue, especially more since the theme was CAKE FOR THE QUEEN. with this theme, what better medium to use than the very Royal Icing!! totally enjoyed piping the top filigree gate like structure with a crown, Lambeth style piping, lattice and stringwork all over the cake.
