This cute cake began as a regular camping cake and evolved to include cute woodland animals! The girl actually asked for a dog, but I kind of forgot about the dog as all the inspiration photos the mother sent had deer, raccoons, hedgehogs and squirrels! Not a dog in sight! :D :D

It was vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream and fresh strawberries for the filling. One other thing I forgot – a nose for the girl peeking out of the tent. Glad to say I rectified that before she went out of the door!!!!! My mind this week was on my youngest son’s high school graduation celebrations so not always focused on the finer details of the cake!!!
