I had the opportunity to take a cake class from the wonderful Dot Klerck who was recently in the USA. I drove from Orlando to Miami to learn this wonderful character. I mean seriously who doesn’t love Yoda, right?
He is made from cake and is ganached in chocolate with the head in modelling chocolate, covered in fondant.
This class was alot of work but so worth it. Thank you Dot.
