Hi lovies!! I’m so happy to share with you our last work for Sofia and her “Kiki” in her special communion party. With more than 60kg of handmade modelling chocolate and Satin Ice fondant combo and about 50kg of chocolate sponge cake, vanilla buttercream and ganache.

This is the greatest cake I’ve made to date, and this time with priceless help from Francisco Pardo, owner of “La Peladilla”, one of my advantaged student, Silvia Maroño from “Mar de azúcar” and Lucia, Mayte, Carmen, Roberto…a million thanks to all of them to help me realize this amazing project!
