This is a 30cm wide and 9cm tall cake, I’ve made for our family easter lunch in my parents house. It is white vanilla sponge cake with one fill of vanilla buttercream and one fill of chocolate fudge, covered with vanilla buttercream. On top and the side of the cake is covered with chocolate lace and small flowers of white modelling chocolate.
