Dolphin / Tuna controversy…..It’s estimated that over 300,000 dolphins, porpoises and whales die from the net fishing practices used to catch most Tuna in cans.
The labelling system brought in a few years ago due to the boycott on tinned tuna, stating some tuna as Dolphin Friendly is a disgrace with obscure rules to comply and false statements by ships captains rife in the industry.
