This cake is a tribute to the recently departed Prince.
The cake is 2 tiers, 4 &6 inches. It’s covered using homemade fondant and coloured with sugarflare Violet. The dove is a paper cut out but the face is handpainted onto fondant and dusted. Pearls are wrapped around both cake are using a mould and dusted in a pearl dust.
This took me 1 day to make.
